Typical production timeline:

  • Standard products: 2–5 business days

  • Bulk / custom orders: 5–10 business days

  • Special finishes or premium printing: may take longer

Production time may vary depending on order quantity, design approval, and material availability.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is produced, delivery time depends on your location and courier partner performance.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

These are approximate timelines and may change based on courier operations.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner charges

The final shipping fee (if any) will be displayed at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery date

5. Delays in Shipping

Delivery may be delayed due to:

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will assist in resolving issues.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the order returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply

  • The order will be resent only after the charges are paid

7. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged:
You must report the issue within 24 hours with:

  • Photos/videos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the case and arrange a replacement if eligible.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.


9. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is returned due to repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
