We strive to deliver high-quality printed products. Because most items are custom-made, our return and refund process is structured to ensure fairness and clarity.
1. No Returns on Custom Products
Most of our products are customized as per your design, size, and printing requirements.
Therefore, we do not accept returns once the order has been printed or processed, except in cases of damage, wrong product, or major defects.
2. Eligible Return Cases
A return or replacement will be accepted ONLY if:
The product received is damaged
The product has a printing error caused by us
The product is defective or incorrect compared to your approved design
The wrong quantity or item was delivered
In such cases, you must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund / No Replacement)
We cannot offer returns or refunds for the following:
Customer-provided design errors (spelling, image quality, incorrect file)
Color shade variations (minor variations are normal in printing)
Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
Incorrect size or design submitted by the customer
Orders canceled after printing has started
Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.)
4. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with:

5. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:
Replacements are based on availability and the original order design.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed only in cases where:
The product is unavailable or cannot be produced
We cannot fulfill the order due to technical or operational issues
A replacement is not possible
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.).
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are allowed only before printing/production begins.
Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
8. Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged due to transit, you must:
